Excellence in the area of inventory management is essential for the reduction of lead times. This can only be implemented with the assistance of specialist procurement software. This system has the distribution information of over 1000 worldwide component distributors and manufacturers and therefore enables us to track down difficult to source parts, schedule their arrival and track their movement on the factory floor.
